Delivery

At Tangtra, we are committed to providing our customers with the best experience possible. That's why we offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery as a delivery option for all of our mobile phones. This allows customers to receive their orders the very next day, as long as they order before 2pm. All orders sent via Special Delivery are tracked and insured, so customers can have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Warranty

We provide a 3-month warranty on all our mobile phones. This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions that occur due to a manufacturing fault. If you experience any issues with your phone, simply contact our customer service team and we will help you get it sorted. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage due to liquids.

Returns

We understand that finding the perfect phone can be a challenge. That's why we offer free returns for up to 30 days after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your phone within 30 days and receive a full refund. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and trust that you will be happy with the product.
